Zen Board Art Workshop

Join us for a 3 hour workshop to create a Zen Board for personal use and/or use with clients. This workshop is for clinicians, teachers, health educators and anyone, of any age, who wants to learn more about the Zen Board for personal use.

The Zen Board (a.k.a Buddha Board, Aquadoodle) is made of "magic paper" that holds images painted with water. Words and images flow into conscious awareness, are depicted on the magic paper, stay for a few precious moments, then gently fade away. the Zen Bard teaches us that the most difficult thoughts and feelings are tolerable, because they are fluid, like waves of the ocean and clouds in the sky.

In the process of creating, we return to the here-and-now to explore the simple joy of being.

When: Tuesday, June 14th. 1pm-4pm
